Empowering youth

Promoting the participation of youth in public decision making processes has long since been a crucial part of FES activities in Sudan. FES educates young people on political, social, and economic challenges faced by their country and trains them to become active members of society. The primary aim of our Young Leaders program (more below) and other projects related to empowering youth is to create a space for young people in Sudan to learn skills, exchange views, and develop ideas – hence building a network of well-trained youth wishing to be socially and politically active.

The start of the yearly application process for the next Young Leaders generation is announced on the FES Sudan Facebook and Twitter accounts. Please follow our social media channels to stay up-to-date on the activities of FES and its partners.
